How to Use Math Master
Math Master is designed for everyone, from beginners to experts. Our Talking Tutor helps you visualize and hear the math as you solve it.
1. Choose Your Profile
The first time you open Math Master, pick Guest Mode (you'll enter your name again each time you revisit) or Create My Profile (your name is saved on this device, so you're greeted automatically next time). Either way, you can rename yourself anytime using the Add Name button at the top of the screen.
2. Choose Your Mode
No pressure, and you get three tries per question. Use the Hint button for a general tip, or Explain for a full step-by-step walkthrough of the exact problem on your screen, spoken aloud.
Timer-based. Every wrong or skipped answer results in a -0.25 penalty. Score 70% or higher to earn your Certificate.
Before you start, choose how many questions you want: 5, 10, 20, 25, 50, 100, or Unlimited Practice, where you decide when to stop.
3. The 50-Level System
Our levels scale based on the number of digits and operation complexity:

|---|---|
| Levels 1 - 10 | Single digits (Basic arithmetic) |
| Levels 11 - 30 | Double & Triple digits (Carrying/Borrowing) |
| Levels 31 - 50 | Complex BODMAS & Mixed Decimals |
4. Shortcuts & Accessibility
- Enter : Submit your answer immediately.
- Ctrl + R : Repeat the current question aloud (same as the 🔊 button).
- Ctrl + H : Get a hint (same as the Hint button).
- Ctrl + K : Show the full keyboard shortcuts list.
- Esc : Exit the current practice session.
